Tax Update - Draft Bills
The Draft Taxation Bills were released on 1 August 2024 for public comment!
Among other drafts, The National Treasury and the South African Revenue Service published the 2024 draft Taxation Laws Amendment Bill and the 2024 draft Tax Administration Laws Amendment Bill.
These draft Tax Bills contain tax proposals made in the 2024 Budget on 21 February 2024.

The purpose of this 2-Part webinar is to create an awareness of the key proposed amendments in terms of these Draft Bills and their impact, as well as to convey when each selected amendment is cited to become effective. This will allow participants to note which amendments could affect their business, from what date, and to then plan accordingly in further detail.
