On June 26, 2025, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu officially signed into law 4 landmark Tax Reform Bills: the Nigeria Tax Act (NTA), the Nigeria Tax Administration Act (NTAA), the Nigeria Revenue Service Act (NRSA), and the Joint Revenue Board Act (JRBA) (collectively referred to as "the Acts"). These Acts represent a comprehensive overhaul of Nigeria’s tax framework, aimed at enhancing revenue generation, fostering domestic and foreign investments, and strengthening tax administration across all levels of government.

In view of this, the Deloitte School of Tax (DSOT) Nigeria hosted a training event “Navigating Nigeria's New Tax Laws”.

This training was curated to:

• Demystify the key provisions in the new tax laws
• Analyse the impact on industries
• Provide practical tools to navigate the changes effectively
• Demonstrate with practical examples and work through coursework to reinforce understanding
